Osmosic was founded by
Chiraz Troudi and Jaap Gerretsen.

In the IT programs they witnessed, they encountered the same inhibiting patterns each time. Insufficient attention to operational aspects, such as governance, communication, and usability, caused programs to stagnate during rollout. As a result, technology investments aren't performing as expected.

Driven by the belief that this can and must be improved, they developed a formula for technology adoption, focusing on structure, clarity, and user-friendliness. With this, they help organizations both domestically and internationally to get more out of their IT investments.
