Creating clarity and engagement for technology transition

For seven months Jaap was part of the team that was responsible for the roll-out of API-first at one of the Netherlands largests banks. He was responsible for the development of the communication strategy and assets as well as developer engagement. Furthermore he created all communication materials: program visual identity, storytelling, presentations, blogposts, infographics and more.
