Engaging developers and sponsors for API First adoption program

An important part of any technology transition is making sure that the change is endorsed by both senior management and the development community. In this project by Appythings, Jaap helped the clients' team with making their message clear and easy to understand. To enhance the developer experience he has developed a program mascot, and designed a level system for developers.
