Learning an agile mindset through play

For EY’s senior consultants and partners we made a game out of their yearly summerschool. Using real world challenges in a competitive experience that made them skip coffee breaks and arrive late for lunch, and getting a good grasp of agile working while beating the opposition. With EY's expert input and collaboration we made a game that challenged competing teams to dig deep and test their know how, adopt agile processes and improve soft skills. With this challenging combination of offline card games, challenges and an online game-manager, EY's summerschool was a huge success.
